The core insight behind Vivation is simple and profound:
Emotions themselves are not the source of suffering.
Suffering comes from resisting what we feel.
Imagine a garden hose with water flowing through it.
When the hose is open, the water flows easily.
But if the hose becomes kinked, pressure builds.
The water itself isn’t the problem — the blockage is.
The same is true with emotional energy.
When resistance dissolves, the energy begins to flow again.
And when it flows freely, that same energy is experienced as joy, vitality, and aliveness.
